I. Please check if your denture is an available case in advance.
1. Available jaw
Reva denture is only available for Edentulous Jaw
2. Reva denture thicknessble jaw
Reva (soft silicone relined): 3.5mm
Reva hard (no silicone relining): 2.5mm
Reva white (trial denture): 2.5mm
3. Interocclusal distance
Interocclusal distance from 5mm
If the intermaxillary distance is 5mm or less, the mandibular trailing edge shall become shorter
II. The necessary digital impression data
If your denture is an available case, please follow the next step to take digital impression data.
Prepare the necessary data for designing or manufacturing new Reva 3D printed dentures.
1. In case you have an existing denture and if there is no need to change in the design such as occlusal vertical dimension etc., please use IOS or Lab scanner to scan your existing denture. It's enough for designing or manufacturing a new Reva digital denture.
2. In case you don't have an existing denture please prepare 3 types of data as below.
III. Digital impression data taking method
1. Scanning Impression data
Please take the impression data with IOS or lab scanners.
PS: Optical impression data/plaster model/silicone impression body, etc.
Please refer to the video on the right hand. In this video, you can see how to scan the plaster model data when the impression is taken by the conventional method.

2. Taking occlusion data
2.1 Using the conventional method
▼ Doctors will make a set of wax rims and take the occlusal as the traditional way.
▼ Mark the wax rims centric position land other necessary lines
(as conventional method)
▼ Scan the plaster model attached to the wax bite blocks (reference the right picture)

2.2 Using the occlusal information of an existing denture
If you have an existing denture and if there is no need to change the design such as occlusal vertical dimension etc., please use IOS or Lab scanner to scan the denture.
(1). Lab scanner method

Scan upper denture mucosal surface & occlusal surface

Scan lower denture mucosal surface & occlusal surface

Set Upper and lower dentures in the bite position and scan the occlusal (Please use materials to keep the set of dentures don’t move when you scan)

Watch the video to refer to how to scan dentures by IOS.
2.3 Using Centric tray* Simple occlusion

Follow the manufacturer's instructions to take a centric tray.

Then scan the centric tray
3. Opposing dentition
Please use IOS or Lab scanner to take opposing dentition.
